Who We Are

Built around business continuity.

Premise2Cloud is a technology solutions company focused on helping organizations build secure, reliable, scalable and resilient digital environments.

Our work covers on-premise and cloud integration, disaster recovery as a service, automated backup and rapid recovery, secure cloud storage, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, enterprise ICT infrastructure management, data protection, and technology advisory and knowledge transfer.

We are not a web-hosting provider. The organizations we work with are running systems that their business depends on, and often systems that a regulator takes an interest in. That changes how infrastructure has to be designed, secured and supported.

A significant part of our experience sits in financial services. Our Managing Director has spent more than 25 years across technology, financial services, software development, electronic payments and enterprise ICT infrastructure, including Allstates Trust Bank (now Ecobank), National Sports Lottery and SystemSpecs Limited, and has served as an ICT consultant and adviser to several Nigerian microfinance banks. That background shapes how we approach security, continuity and regulatory readiness.

It also produced BankGuard, our enterprise database backup and data access platform, built to solve a problem we kept seeing: institutions with reliable backups that still could not get usable information out of them.

He has built an extensive career across Nigeria's financial and technology ecosystem, with professional experience spanning Allstates Trust Bank (now Ecobank), National Sports Lottery, and SystemSpecs Limited, one of Nigeria's leading software development and electronic payment technology companies. He has also served as an ICT consultant and adviser to several Microfinance Banks in Nigeria, giving him a strong understanding of the technology, operational, security, and regulatory requirements of financial institutions.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Rivers State University and an MBA in ICT & Business Decisions from the University of Nigeria Business School. He is also a Certified Microfinance Resource Consultant and Trainer.

A key strength of his approach is the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business: effective technology is not simply about deploying systems, but about creating practical solutions that improve productivity, security, data protection, regulatory readiness, business continuity, and sustainable growth.
